Ordering and & Shipping:

As these are each handcrafted by me in my studio the earlier you get your order in the better. Placing your orders early for seasonal delivery is always appreciated!

It’s never too early to place your seasonal order!

Dependent on material availability and quantity ordered please allow:

• 1-2 weeks for your ornaments to be crafted.

• Shipping varies by location (US only please) please allow 3-7 days via USPS or UPS.

• Local pickups can be arranged free of charge in the Sedona, AZ area.

When your order is shipped a tracking number will sent to you via email. If merchandise arrives broken please photograph packaging and broken item and contact me.

Have your tracking number and the original box you received it in. I do pack your ornament very carefully so breakage is rare.

As I am often traveling for shows please allow up to 48 hours for me to contact you after your order.
